Meet the Team
Sinai Urban Health Institute is the research arm of Sinai Chicago and is a unique, nationally-recognized community research center that works in partnership with community members and organizations to identify and address health inequities in some of the most underserved communities in the city. The Health Equity and Assessment Research Team, led by Melissa Gutierrez-Kapheim, PhD, focuses on identifying and addresses health inequities through community-led data collection and research.
